The Best Social Media Platforms For Real Estate Agents

May 7, 2020Lead Gen, Social Media

Social media and real estate go hand in hand, but there are SO MANY options and so little time. In an ideal world, I would recommend you be on every platform possible in order to spread out your awareness, but that just isn’t realistic when you are trying to hustle for a living.

Before choosing a social media platform to dominate on, you need to ask the simple questions:

Who is my ideal demographic? (age, gender, location)

Where are these demographics active online? (blogs, apps, websites, social media, etc…)

What questions does this demographic have that I can help with?

We lean towards Facebook because it has the highest activity rate for Millenials and up which tends to be the real estate market’s ideal demographic.

After answering these questions take a look at the social media break downs below to make your own decision.
