When non-Personal Data you give to us is combined with Personal Data we collect about you, it will be treated as Personal Data and we will only use it in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

This code is only active while you are on the Site.

We do not control third parties’ collection or use of your information to serve interest-based advertising. However, these third parties may provide you with ways to choose not to have your information collected or used in this way. You can opt out of receiving targeted ads from members of the Network Advertising Initiative (“NAI“) on the NAI’s website.

Accessing and Correcting Your Information

Depending on the category of data, we may or may not be able to immediately delete the data. We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.

Your State Privacy Rights

State consumer privacy laws may provide their residents with additional rights regarding our use of their personal information. California’s “Shine the Light” law (Civil Code Section § 1798.83) permits users of our Site that are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and Utah each provide their state residents with rights to:

  • Confirm whether we process their personal information.

Residents who wish to exercise these sale opt-out rights may submit a request to this designated address stated in the Contract Information section. However, please know we do not currently sell data triggering that statute’s opt-out requirements. 

 

Data Security

We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of our Services, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone. 

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted to our Services. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Services.

 

Children Under the Age of 16

Our Site and Services are not intended for children under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you are under 16, do not use or provide any information on the Site, Services, or through any of their features, or provide any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, email address, or any screen name or user name you may use. Changes to Our Privacy Policy

It is our policy to post any changes we make to our Policy on this page. Video Editing as a Service – Unlimited Video Editing Requests & Revisions

 

1. Scope of Unlimited Requests Our service offers Unlimited Requests for video editing projects under the following conditions:
  • Asset Provision: Clients must provide all necessary assets, including graphics, videos, images, and any other required materials, as part of their request.
  • Submission Process: Requests must be submitted through the official Video Request Form provided. Requests submitted through other channels (such as email, direct message, or third-party tools) will not be considered valid under this Unlimited Requests policy.
2. Revision Policy We offer unlimited revisions within the scope of the original project brief. Revisions are considered part of the ongoing project and must not deviate substantially from the initial instructions or assets provided.
3. Active Project Limitation
  • Single Active Project: Each customer is entitled to have one active video project per assigned video editor at any given time.
  • Multiple Projects: If a customer wishes to initiate additional video projects simultaneously, they must upgrade their package to include additional video editors.
4. Project Submission and Management
  • Completion and Approval: A project is considered complete if no revisions are requested within 24 hours of the video submission. Any further changes or new requests outside of the window will be treated as a new video request.
5. Amendments to Terms We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. All amendments will be posted on our website and effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
6. Termination and Suspension We may terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.
7. Governing Law These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
